In 1997, Baird & Warner joined a group of 50 leading brokerage firms that would later become LeadingRE. While other companies were turning to franchising to expand their reach, CEO Steve Baird & other like-minded real estate leaders collaborated to form a network of world-class brokerages where they could make global connections while still maintaining their independence and unparalleled local expertise. To this day, we hold leadership roles within the organization, and company leaders regularly meet to discuss industrywide challenges, opportunities, and prescient issues in real estate, both locally and on a global scale.
